Onen Efah Livinus is a distinguished Cultural Ambassador from Ugep, Yakurr Local Government Area, Cross River State, Nigeria, and the winner of Miss Leboku 2022, a prestigious cultural platform celebrating the rich heritage and traditions of the Yakurr people.

As a Cultural Ambassador, Efah is passionate about the preservation, promotion, and celebration of her cultural heritage. She has represented her people at various cultural events, carnivals, interviews, and media engagements, using her platform to promote cultural awareness (“Learning Lokàà), preserve indigenous traditions, and inspire younger generations to take pride in their roots. She is particularly committed to fostering unity among her people, strengthening cultural identity, empowering young people (“Back to school programs”), and ensuring that the history, values, traditions, and stories of Yakurr continue to thrive for generations to come.

Beyond her cultural advocacy, Efah is a graduate of Microbiology and a Beauty Therapist, Hairstylist, and Makeup Artist, reflecting her versatility, creativity, and dedication to personal and professional growth.

Married and deeply committed to community and cultural development, she continues to use her voice, presence, and talents to bridge generations, celebrate heritage, inspire unity, and contribute meaningfully to the advancement of her community.
