Ephraim Okoi Arikpo

Ugep
Ephraim Okoi Arikpo is a filmmaker, rapper, digital creator, cultural ambassador, and humanitarian from Letekom in Ikpakapit Ward, Ugep. He studied Public Administration in the University of Calabar.

Ephraim has built a multifaceted profile spanning technology, music, film, and culture. In 2015 Ephraim was named MTN Unical’s Best Rapper and received a brand-new laptop. In 2021, he placed third in the Central Bank of Nigeria’s Global Money Week Social Media Challenge and won an Apple iPad. In February 2024, he emerged winner of the 3MTT Knowledge Showcase Challenge (as a cybersecurity analyst trainee) and was awarded a Lenovo laptop. Ephraim also received an award for composing Dr. Okoi Arikpo Memorial Secondary School anthem that remains in use to this day.

In the cultural sphere, he finished as first runner-up (2nd place) in the 2024 Mr. Leboku pageant and received a motorcycle. He returned in 2025, competed, and was crowned Mr. Leboku 2025. The title came with a Geely G3X Pro SUV.

Since assuming the title, Ephraim has focused on community impact. In September 2025 he launched a Back-to-School project across Yakurr communities, distributing cash and educational materials to less-privileged students, with support from traditional leaders, local government officials, and other stakeholders. He has also engaged in broader humanitarian work, including a birthday visit to the Accident & Emergency unit of the General Hospital in Ugep, where he prayed with patients, spoke with them, and provided cash gifts to help cover medical bills.

In addition, he continues creative pursuits in filmmaking, music and remains active in promoting Yakurr culture, unity, and youth development.

Kebe Eni

Letekom in Ikpakapit ward Ugep, Yakurr LGA of Cross River Staate
Kebe Eni is a multi-hyphenate Nigerian creative and healthcare professional known for her elegance, discipline, and drive to evolve. She is a Radiographer, Model, Entrepreneur, and Dancer, skillfully blending science, art, and business with purpose.

Born into a family of two, Kebe pursued her passion for health and service at the University of Calabar, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Radiography in 2025 from the Department of Radiography.

For Kebe, radiography isn’t just a profession. It’s a calling to bring clarity, care, and comfort to people at moments when they need it most.

Beyond the hospital, Kebe shines on an entirely different stage.
As a model: she uses fashion and imagery to tell stories of confidence and African beauty. Her work in the pageant and fashion space has earned her several recognitions, including:

She is constantly upskilling whether it’s mastering new dance styles, learning the business side of modeling, or exploring the latest advancements in medical imaging. She believes growth happens at the intersection of curiosity and courage.

Kebe Eni is passionate about:

With one foot in science and the other in creativity, Kebe Eni represents the new generation of Nigerian women , skilled, stylish, and intentional. Her goal is to build a life and brand where wellness meets expression, and where every version of herself becomes better.
